How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within North America. We are working on expanding our reach to bring the best of J-beauty and K-beauty to the rest of the world soon.
How can I check the expiration date on my products?
